My fitness triangle (FT) consists of: 1. Sleep, 2. Diet, and 3. Workout. This is different from other variation of FT such as strength, endurance, and flexibility among many others. The most common mistake is focusing on one area or two of the FT while neglecting the third component. All three areas of FT must be met to be in optimal condition. Additionally, there’s an invisible overarching component to the FT: the spiritual or faith component that ties all three components comprehensively. The spiritual aspect, of course, depends on each individual.
